and dad the paint.

Creating you was their final work of art.

Every crevice and mole around your lips,

down to the way your hair lays carelessly on your face.

Hazel skin as shay as butter,

soft and delicate as a flower.

Before sunrise Van Gogh created his most recognized painting,

and like his artwork you shine just as bright.

You bring pleasure and joy to our eyes.
